Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing Unit, End to End, Payroll Parallel, and User Acceptance testing on at least 5 complete Workday HCM implementations
- Familiarity with testing Workday integrations and reports
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes
- Candidates must have a background in a similar position or significant knowledge and skills to fulfill the listed responsibilities
- Relevant education and/or training is a beneficial asset
Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive program testing cycles, including formulating test strategies and plans
- Oversee the creation and revision of test scenarios
- Organize and manage testing events
- Compile and communicate testing results, ensuring all entry and exit criteria are established, accepted, and achieved
- Construct a fully integrated test strategy and plan encompassing configuration, integrations, and data
- Develop a test resource allocation plan linked to the overall test plan to guarantee thorough coverage
- Set and supervise detailed entry and exit criteria for test cycles
- Deliver test results according to the programs operating standards
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution
- Foster a culture that emphasizes the importance of every individual
