Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in data migrations and system-to-system data conversions within Workday
- Familiarity with Workday Integrations Development, specifically with Learning Management Systems and Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
- Background as a Product Owner or Product Manager focusing on enterprise platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), emphasizing learner-centered design
- Experience collaborating with HR systems and integrations, particularly with Workday
- Knowledge in data migration processes and system-to-system conversions
- Working understanding of AI technologies, especially for enhancing content creation and learning solutions
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of the new learning platform, ensuring all delivery phases are executed successfully
- Serve as the main contact for IT, HR, and business stakeholders, aligning requirements across various partners
- Manage data integrations from Workday into the LMS to guarantee accurate and dependable learning data
- Direct the data conversion process, ensuring all existing LMS data is effectively migrated to the new platform
- Provide weekly updates and status reports on LMS data to the project team
- Support non-validated training content and various learning use cases
- Enhance the learner experience (LXP) with a focus on usability and engagement
- Develop and optimize learning module content using AI-driven tools and methods
- Utilize AI expertise to refine content creation and overall learning experiences
- Offer continuous assistance to the entire project team during implementation and transition phases
