Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Experience in product management, HR technology, procurement systems, or workforce solutions - Familiarity with Workday and enterprise system integrations - Strong comprehension of contingent labor, staff augmentation, or non-employee workforce models - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT organizations - Preferred: Experience supporting global or multi-region contingent labor programs - Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle (G&A or Finance modules) - Preferred: Experience with MSPs, staffing suppliers, or vendor management ecosystems - Preferred: Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the contingent labor product roadmap to ensure it aligns with company workforce strategies and business necessities - Facilitate and assist with Workday integrations pertinent to contingent labor processes, data flows, and reporting - Serve as the primary product owner for contingent labor systems and related tools - Manage the complete contingent worker lifecycle, which includes intake, sourcing, onboarding, engagement, changes, extensions, and offboarding - Guarantee that lifecycle processes are standardized, compliant, and optimized across various regions and business divisions - Administer MSP VMS vendor management systems related to the contingent worker lifecycle, such as Beeline, Fieldglass, and Agile-1 - Convert business requirements into explicit product and system specifications - Build and maintain extensive knowledge of the staff augmentation model, including vendor engagement, rate structures, and workforce planning effects - Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost management - Ensure data integrity and consistency across Workday, Oracle, and associated systems - Assist with compliance, audit, and reporting needs linked to contingent labor usage and expenditures - Spot risks, gaps, and chances for process or system optimizations
