Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in managing enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and hybrid identity frameworks
- Familiarity with the System Center suite including VMM, SCCM, SCOM, and DPM
- Practical experience with Hyper-V virtualization and failover clustering
- Hands-on knowledge of Dell PowerEdge and Cisco UCS server platforms
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
- Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Purview
- Understanding of MS SQL Server administration and database lifecycle management
- Awareness of SAN/NAS storage concepts; Experience with NetApp or S2D is advantageous
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and effective communication
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities
- Provide support for Active Directory in a multi-datacenter hybrid setup, covering task areas like FSMO role placement and GPO management
- Manage System Center components including Virtual Machine Manager, Configuration Manager, Operations Manager, and Data Protection Manager
- Oversee clustered Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines, ensuring seamless integration with VMM and Microsoft Failover Clustering
- Support Dell PowerEdge and Cisco UCS server hardware through tools such as iDRAC, UCS Manager, and Cisco Intersight
- Utilize PowerShell and Windows Terminal to perform administrative duties and develop basic automation scripts
- Administer Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
- Provide management support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Purview within Microsoft 365
- Conduct MS SQL Server administrative tasks, including managing access and database operations
- Work with both traditional and hyper-converged infrastructure technologies, particularly SAN/NAS storage
