Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Agile Development Team(s) throughout the full development lifecycle
- Engage in planning, grooming, and status meetings to align on development requirements
- Analyze specifications and deliver accurate time and effort estimates for tasks
- Adhere to established Software Development Methodology (SDM) processes and technical requirements
- Utilize development tracking tools for documenting and managing tasks
- Create and sustain application interfaces while ensuring compliance with UI and accessibility standards
- Deliver assigned epics, features, and user stories within designated timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate and support fellow developers to help achieve team objectives
- Identify and report common or unique technical challenges, providing constructive feedback
- Effectively manage workload to adhere to established deadlines
- Work in close liaison with Information Analysts, Database Administrators, System Administrators, QA/Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and external technical partners to provide integrated solutions
- Attend planning sessions for coordinated development requirements
- Participate in other meetings to discuss and report on development activities
- Evaluate specifications and provide time estimates for task completion
- Follow Software Development Methodology (SDM) processes and detailed requirements
- Use development tracking software to document collaboration and development assignments
- Uphold standards in screen and other development work
- Execute Developer responsibilities on assigned product epics/features/stories
- Assist fellow developers as necessary to meet team targets and deadlines
