Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in information security, including team management
- Proven track record in directing information security programs within a regulated sector
- Strong expertise in security controls, risk evaluations, and regulatory audits
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise information security strategy in line with regulatory and business goals
- Manage security governance, risk assessment, policies, and compliance (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, NIST)
- Oversee cybersecurity operations, incident response, and business continuity planning
- Promote secure practices throughout infrastructure, applications, and agile development teams
- Lead, mentor, and enhance the skills of the information security team
- Clearly convey security risks and overall posture to executive leadership and key stakeholders

In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, regulators, and technology teams to manage cyber risks while ensuring secure business operations.
