Requirements

- Lead user acceptance testing, confirm production rollouts, and guarantee system precision, reliability, and user-friendliness
- Sustain proactive and open communication with business and engineering partners, ensuring transparency around updates, timelines, and issue resolution
- Identify avenues to improve workflows, streamline operations, and bolster cross-departmental collaboration
- Act as a strategic liaison between investment teams and technology departments, ensuring that solutions are scalable, relevant, and closely aligned with business objectives
