Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field with 6-8+ years of experience
- Proficient in creating websites and digital experiences using Wix Studio
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end development and optimization within content management systems
- Solid understanding and expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, Angular, and Figma
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience with web accessibility optimization is essential
- Ability to prioritize tasks autonomously while managing multiple projects with keen attention to detail
- Professionalism and confidence to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- Understanding of design principles, including color theory, layout, and typography
- Creative thinker who can contribute innovative ideas and storytelling techniques
- Experience with Adobe Suite products such as Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely project deliveries
- Design custom mock-ups and prototypes for review and then develop these webpages
- Connect graphic design with technical implementation
- Conduct user testing and research for site performance enhancement
- Verify that websites are accessible and optimized for all devices
- Regularly evaluate websites for usability, speed, and other quality metrics
- Perform routine website audits and ensure ongoing maintenance as needed
- Engage in continuous user testing and research for site performance improvement
