Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in UX design focusing on complex consumer-facing products
- Proven ability to produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Experience in conducting user research, testing, and utilizing data-driven insights
- Proficient in using Figma for design tasks
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills are essential
- Comfortable navigating large and complex organizational structures
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design initiatives for various video platforms, including TV, mobile, tablet, and streaming devices
- Convert business requirements into well-defined UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure design intent is maintained across all platforms
- Support major initiatives such as live sports events, multiview functionalities, pause live TV, and 4K experiences
- Facilitate and lead whiteboarding sessions, design workshops, and review meetings
- Gather and analyze user data, perform research, and implement testing to guide design decisions
- Create comprehensive UX documentation to facilitate support for engineering and delivery teams
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines
- Work collaboratively across architecture, engineering, and enablement teams during project handoffs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within 10-week planning cycles
- Utilize AI tools or workflows to enhance design efficiency and insights generation
Description
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to enhance our clients video product ecosystem, particularly focusing on live TV, sports, and streaming platforms. This role requires a collaborative approach, partnering closely with UI, engineering, and product teams to craft seamless and high-quality video experiences.
