Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-7+ years of hands-on UKG Pro administration and configuration experience
- Experience with at least one complete UKG Pro implementation (Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduling)
- Strong reporting and analytics skills (UKG BI, Data Hub; Tableau is a plus)
- Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
- Experience with integrations, data governance, and compliance preferred
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including Timekeeping, Workforce Management, workflows, security, and business rules
- Oversee system updates, enhancements, and configurations
- Administer and troubleshoot integrations with Workday and other systems (APIs, SFTP, data feeds)
- Act as the primary support for UKG Pro issues and enhancements
- Generate reports and dashboards using UKG BI/Data Hub and present actionable analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentation

We are Kforce, a rapidly expanding technology company located in Scottsdale, AZ, looking for a Senior UKG Workforce Systems Analyst to support and enhance our UKG Pro platform across workforce, HR, and payroll operations. This is a hybrid position that allows four days in the office and one remote day.
