Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Over 3 years of experience with contemporary MV*/SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS)
- More than 3 years of expertise in API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, NodeJS, Swagger)
- At least 3 years of experience in Responsive & Progressive Modern Web application development
- Familiarity with Test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured), Unit, Integration, and Functional Tests
- Advocate for Test Driven Development, proficient in Unit testing with frameworks like Jest and Jasmine
- Hands-on experience with application builds and deployment using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and GitHub
- Skilled at troubleshooting and addressing production issues using tools like Splunk and Datadog
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven skills in technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving
- Eager to learn about and work with the latest technologies and frameworks
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, construction, and support of mission-critical enterprise software applications
- Collaborate directly with business and product teams to outline product solutions
- Uphold strong engineering practices and standards
- Explore new technologies and cloud-based deployments to enhance business value
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing utilizing Open Source frameworks
- Take the lead on process and technology improvement initiatives proactively
- Stay informed on the latest engineering trends and practices, sharing insights with the team as necessary
