Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector
- Practical hands-on experience in Account Analysis for commercial banking clients
- Direct involvement with Weiland Account Analysis, including configuration, billing, pricing logic, or troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and their associated billing structures
- Proven experience in managing pricing logic, fee calculations, allowances, compensating balances, and Earnings Credit Rate (ECR)
- Established collaboration skills with Treasury, Finance, Product, Operations, and IT teams
- Capability to convert pricing and business rules into system specifics and functional logic
- Experience in supporting TM product rollouts, enhancements, or pricing modifications
- Strong skills in gathering requirements, documentation, and testing
- Demonstrated ability to resolve billing and revenue-affecting issues
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a contract setting
Responsibilities
- Support commercial banking Treasury Management (TM) pricing and account analysis billing
- Assist with system implementations focused on Account Analysis and earnings credit-based billing
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate pricing, configuration, and consistent billing across systems
- Translate business and pricing needs into system logic with a focus on Weiland Account Analysis
- Support the development of pricing structures, volume-based fees, allowances, compensating balances, and ECR calculations impacting client invoicing and revenue
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and document requirements meticulously
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of production activities for TM product enhancements
- Quickly adapt to existing configurations and contribute effectively to the team
