Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities
- Oversee the application testing process for both internal and external applications, which includes comprehensive user acceptance testing
- Execute test scripts efficiently, accurately document defects, and retest as necessary
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to address real-time technical challenges and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure thorough documentation of all processes
- Develop a solid understanding of the technical solutions being implemented and identify failure points in these solutions
- Conduct extensive end-to-end user acceptance testing for BPO applications related to the XD project
Description
We are seeking a Tester/BA to join our team in Miami Lakes, FL. In this role, you will contribute to cross-functional projects that aim to drive significant change within our organization. You will be involved in various tasks ranging from defining requirements to troubleshooting, test development, execution, and project management. This position also requires you to become a subject matter expert in billing options, ensuring we support our operations effectively and provide seamless experiences for our customers.
