Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5+ years of technical writing experience in life sciences
- Familiarity with medical devices and/or IVD documentation
- Understanding of industry regulations and documentation governance
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in desktop publishing tools (Microsoft Office; Adobe FrameMaker preferred)
- Experience with MadCap Flare is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation (e.g., IFUs, manuals, appendices)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of documents
- Transform technical and business requirements into effective documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to adhere to timelines and milestones
- Provide status updates and identify potential documentation risks or issues
- Assist in enhancing documentation processes and implementing best practices
