Requirements
Must:

- Experience in mentoring or developing team members is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to address issues reported through support tickets following established service level agreements
- Diagnose and resolve general inquiries along with complex technical challenges
- Create clear, professional written communications for customer understanding and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Partner Management, Business Development, and Engineering to resolve customer-related issues
- Act as a reliable advisor for customers, employing a professional and approachable communication style
- Validate, document, and process escalation requests while ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Engage in incident management activities, including updates on customer impact and status
- Identify areas for operational enhancements and contribute to solutions that streamline support processes
- Develop, document, and enhance operational procedures with a focus on continual improvement and cross-training
- Keep internal documentation current to support consistency and knowledge sharing within the team
