Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in IT, Computer Studies, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent)
- CompTIA Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of experience in IT hardware and software support
- Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier III technical support and serve as an escalation point for Level I and II specialists
- Deliver outstanding and professional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Document all technical support interactions in the designated ticketing system
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and remedy application and system problems utilizing established protocols
- Research and formulate solutions while escalating issues when necessary
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and escalation colleagues
- Coach and guide Level I and II specialists
- Act as a key contributor and reviewer for the IT knowledge base
- Assist in maintaining Service Desk documentation and procedures
- Engage in continuous IT training initiatives
- Lead small to medium-sized IT projects
- Aid in the deployment of system and security updates
- Oversee user account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Provide support for Office 365, Active Directory, and SaaS platforms
