Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working with accountants or in an accounting setting is advantageous

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, capable of identifying root causes
- Solid understanding of accountant workflows

- Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to various stakeholders
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to convey technical information across various levels of the organization
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and thriving under deadline pressure with diverse project demands
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Sales, support teams, external partners, and accountants to facilitate the adoption and ensure effective implementation of QuickBooks Online
- Assist in implementing customized plans for accounts to integrate QuickBooks Online for their firms and small business clients
- Oversee the smooth transition of small business clients to QuickBooks Online, providing an excellent initial experience and ensuring accountants recommend the software
- Clearly communicate recommendations, plans, and progress to clients and internal partners
- Resolve technical challenges, such as issues that prevent account conversion
- Help in executing tailored implementation strategies for clients
- Prioritize tasks and identify opportunities for process enhancements while adhering to deadlines
- Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products and solutions, particularly within the QuickBooks Online ecosystem
- Foster professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
