Requirements
Must:
- 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis with a strong technical focus
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud)
- Demonstrated ability in gathering requirements and crafting user stories while collaborating with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Capability to work autonomously, taking initiative to drive projects forward as a self-starter
- Preferred: Salesforce and/or nCino certifications
- Preferred: Hands-on nCino experience, particularly with commercial lending modules
- Preferred: Background in commercial lending or banking
- Preferred: Experience with unit testing and providing QA/UAT support
- Preferred: Comfort in presenting, leading demonstrations, and engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and document functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate discovery sessions, write user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and support collaboration between QA and BA teams
- Assist in the design of Salesforce and nCino solutions using best practices; configure system components as necessary
- Diagnose system issues and deliver hands-on technical support and analysis
- Engage in unit testing, assist with UAT, and manage defect tracking and validation processes
- Provide support during system demonstrations, walkthroughs, and presentations to stakeholders
- Work in partnership with Salesforce administrators, developers, and nCino teams to implement enhancements and introduce new functionalities
- Aid in managing integrations, reporting requirements, and initiatives to ensure data quality as needed
