Requirements
Must:

- Proven track record collaborating with enablement, learning, or training teams to deliver effective content and readiness programs
- Strong aptitude for managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders across various functions
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams and comprehending software development life cycles
- Practical experience creating instructor-led training materials, preferably utilizing Google Slides
- Skilled in scheduling and coordinating live training and facilitation sessions
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct technical programs and initiatives that bolster sales enablement technology and readiness efforts
- Collaborate closely with internal enablement teams to aid in content development, training design, and facilitation requirements
- Organize and coordinate training schedules inclusive of instructor-led sessions, workshops, and enablement events
- Develop and refine instructor-led training (ILT) materials primarily using Google Slides, ensuring engagement and alignment with program goals
- Assist in planning facilitation logistics, readiness, and coordination with presenters and other stakeholders
- Engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, Enablement, and Operations to outline scope, timelines, and interdependencies
- Convert business and enablement specifications into precise technical and program plans
- Monitor execution across different workstreams, identifying potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Produce and present program status updates, documentation, and communications suitable for executives
- Facilitate change management and adoption efforts to guarantee the successful implementation of new tools, processes, and training
Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Contractor to augment our Sales Enablement Technology & Readiness team in a part-time remote capacity. This role integrates technical program management with enablement execution, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch training, content, and readiness programs for our sales-facing teams.
