Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; PMP or Agile certifications, or demonstrated technical program management experience are preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in leading and managing complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of software development methods, architecture, and lifecycles, with expertise in Agile methodologies being highly sought after.
- Ability to analyze market trends and the companys strategy, making informed, data-driven decisions to enhance business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels of a matrix organization, from contributors to senior executives.
- Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and utilizing data to track program progress, identify risks, and guide decision-making; familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Influence strategic initiatives in partnership with VP+ leaders, driving business outcomes and ensuring alignment with the companys overarching strategy.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, effectively managing organizational change and promoting continuous enhancement.
- Create and implement comprehensive program plans, employing data to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Establish and promote program management best practices, providing coaching and mentorship to fellow program managers, contributing to the development of the program management community.
- Leverage deep knowledge of software development methodologies to guide programs and lead discussions on innovative AI-native technologies within a platform framework.
