Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, hands-on assessments of current codebases
- Facilitate and oversee peer code reviews within the team
- Uphold coding standards, principles, and industry best practices
- Detect code-related vulnerabilities including defects, regressions, and architectural challenges
- Analyze the downstream effects of code modifications prior to their release
- Offer comprehensive technical direction to developers focused on delivery
- Act as the main accountable party for overall code integrity
