Technical Business Analyst (Agile, SQL)

- Minimum of 3 years experience in agile methodologies, preferably in the banking sector - Knowledge of standard integration patterns such as REST/JSON web services, batch processes, publish/subscribe, and APIs - Experience in enterprise application integration, middleware technologies, data migrations, and backend interfaces - Proven track record in collaborative environments that yield tangible business outcomes - Practical experience in application development, architecture, and software maintenance - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement across all levels of the organization - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for leading, collaborating, and negotiating - Ability to think creatively and mitigate risks in problem-solving, rather than resorting to standard processes - In-depth understanding of application development technologies and complete software development lifecycles - Experience in large-scale IT organizations with intricate environments and infrastructures - Strong organizational capabilities and experience in project or program management
