Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data modeling, preferably in the dermatology or pharmaceutical sectors
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or comparable data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as the intermediary between IT and business departments, gathering and documenting business requirements from various teams
- Work alongside the vendor or implementation team to convert business requirements into technical specifications
- Evaluate current IT systems and business processes to enhance data quality, architecture, and modeling efficiency; provide recommendations for data validation from various sources (such as CRM, Sales, ERP systems)
- Collaborate with the vendor team to assess technical documentation including data flows, process maps, and user stories
- Oversee implementation teams for new software upgrades, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm functional accuracy of solutions
- Facilitate the creation of automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for stakeholders
- Partner with Operations teams to offer data-driven suggestions that foster product adoption
