Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related position
- Practical experience with SAP FICO (ideally across multiple modules)
- Knowledge of enterprise planning and performance tools such as IBM Planning Analytics and/or SAP Planning Analytics
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Experience with SQL, Excel modeling, or BI/reporting tools such as Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and business teams
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality documentation
- Agile mindset with a willingness to embrace change and ongoing improvement
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and evaluate business requirements from key stakeholders
- Develop user stories, use cases, workflows, and data models to facilitate solution design for multiple initiatives concurrently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, QA, and Operations
- Utilize expertise in SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, etc.) to enhance business processes
- Leverage advanced Planning Analytics tools to support forecasting, planning, and performance management efforts
- Conduct meetings and presentations to convey findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose scalable, tech-driven solutions
- Assist in testing activities by creating test cases and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor project progress and support status reporting and documentation efforts
- Offer training and post-implementation assistance to business users
