Requirements
Must:
- Mid-level experience (7-10 years preferred); open to candidates with 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in the real estate sector
- Knowledge of real estate KPIs, asset/investment data frameworks, and industry terminology
- Proficiency with QuickBase (low/no-code SaaS; training available if necessary)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft tools is advantageous
- Capability to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy for reporting and integrations
Responsibilities
- Assist with IT initiatives for real estate and equity teams, including global collaboration
- Manage QuickBase integrations and data processes, including dashboards and reporting
- Collect requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard development
- Engage in ongoing data analysis and automation projects related to RFE
- Confirm data relationships and aid developers in modeling and integration activities
