Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (STEM)
- Over 3 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT, or software systems
- More than 2 years of experience with technical drawings and CAD models in field environments
- At least 1 year of troubleshooting intricate systems
- Minimum 1 year of working with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Proficient in technical documentation and office software
- Strong knowledge of robotics and electro-mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Strong capability to manage teams and schedules
- Valid drivers license for the United States
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience in roles requiring high levels of travel
- Background in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and commission robotic systems at fulfillment centers
- Lead deployment teams on-site consisting of 1-5 engineers
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including installers, engineers, and IT personnel
- Resolve real-time issues and implement process enhancements
- Create and modify technical documentation and processes
- Oversee project KPIs such as timeliness, cost efficiency, quality, and safety
- Gather and present data to assist in decision-making
- Engage in extensive travel (approximately 75%) throughout the United States
