Requirements
Must:
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or relevant certifications are preferred
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of On-Premises Active Directory, Hybrid Environments, Azure Sync, Microsoft Entra, O365, Exchange, and ProofPoint
- SSO Technologies: Proficiency in Single Sign-On technologies, including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and JIT provisioning
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, configure, and maintain our clients enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
- Administer and optimize On-Premises Active Directory, particularly focusing on replication, sites, and services to enhance performance and security.
- Manage Azure Sync and Microsoft Entra identity management solutions using SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning to simplify user authentication and authorization processes.
- Support Office 365 (O365), Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Oversee ProofPoint email security solutions to guard against threats and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert by contributing to configuration consultation, vendor evaluation, and problem resolution across various Microsoft systems.
- Research, design, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft information systems and cloud technologies to align with business needs.
- Manage and prioritize assigned projects effectively while designing complex multi-system solutions to fulfill organizational requirements.
