Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in business, finance, or payroll
- 2-3 years of experience in business analytics and financial reporting
- Over 2 years of experience managing complex issues and developing action plans
- Strong dedication to continuously improving processes
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to interpret employment contracts and manage essential deadlines
- Adaptability to meet urgent work demands and flexible working habits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with workplace systems such as SAP, Workday, Kronos, and Dayforce
Responsibilities
- Assist and support all US Business Partners with their payroll calculations and processing needs
- Execute vital payroll functions, including mandatory payments and employee bonus calculations
- Consistently meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines
- Maintain a continuous improvement approach to proactively identify process enhancements and issue resolutions
- Conduct special analyses as needed to clarify business or financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Compile and present reports to business managers that detail analytical results and recommended actions
- Manage complex transactions in assigned areas, including data and account analysis as well as variance reporting
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet pressing deadlines, which may involve support during holidays
