Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is preferred
- Over 5 years of pertinent technical and customer service experience in systems analysis, implementation, and support for contemporary technologies
- One or more certifications from the following options are mandatory:
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Google Foundational
- VMware VCTA
- Cisco CCST
- M365 Certifications
- Fortinet NSE4
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following technologies:
- Current Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Windows Active Directory/Azure (User Management/Administration/Group Policy)
- Familiarity with common desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Exchange Server/M365/Mail services
- Experience with firewalls, switches, and security functionalities
- Knowledge of common TCP/IP services including HTTP, FTP, DNS, and DHCP
- Awareness of current Cloud services and technologies including Virtualization and RDP
Responsibilities
- Independently perform tasks and resolve issues with limited supervision
- Address technical problems and escalate complex challenges appropriately
- Initiate knowledge publication and serve as a knowledge approver in your area of expertise
