Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in advanced analytics within subscription or recurring revenue settings
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and cohort modeling
- In-depth experience with subscriber lifecycle analysis
- Capability to perform complex, insight-driven analyses beyond standard dashboard reporting
- Solid comprehension of churn dynamics, renewal behaviors, retention modeling, and long-term value (LTV)
- Familiarity with Snowflake or comparable modern data warehousing solutions
- Strong skills in data reconciliation and validation
- Experience in developing Tableau dashboards for comprehensive, insightful reporting
- Exposure to Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas
- Knowledge of predictive modeling or data science practices
- Experience in preparing structured datasets for advanced analytics processes
- Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformation
- Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow
Responsibilities
- Execute advanced SQL queries across subscription, transaction, engagement, and CRM datasets
- Conduct thorough lifecycle analysis focusing on conversion, churn, renewal, and LTV
- Undertake impactful analytical investigations to uncover subscriber behavior trends and revenue influences
- Clean, validate, and reconcile complex datasets to enhance data integrity
- Support modeling projects and contribute to feature development for advanced analytics
- Prepare structured datasets for predictive analysis and lifecycle modeling
- Deliver insight-driven analyses that support retention and revenue strategies
- Identify and address structural data inconsistencies, recommending analytical enhancements
