Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in technical roles such as program/project management, product management, or marketing; advanced degree may substitute for limited experience - Strong technical skills with capability to create and deliver technical demonstrations for clients and partners - Proven experience in customer-facing roles, possessing insight and empathy for enterprise client needs across various sectors - Confidence in leading technical demos and presentations tailored to diverse technical knowledge levels - Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management abilities; proficient in managing multiple priorities while adapting to changes and meeting deadlines - Ability to effectively engage with all management levels and cross-departmental teams - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of maintaining confidentiality - Familiarity with video conferencing tools, presentation software, and virtual collaboration technologies - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset - Proficiency in English required; additional language skills are preferred Preferred: - In-depth technical knowledge of solution portfolios and integration capabilities - Consultative mindset for identifying technical challenges and aligning solutions with business outcomes - Strong skills in content development, presentation delivery, and storytelling - Experience in delivering or supporting services and solutions - Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities - Customer-oriented perspective with a keen interest in continuous professional development

Responsibilities

- Design and tailor the customer experience journey and content for Palo Alto to meet account-specific requirements and deploy optimal solutions - Lead discovery and agenda planning as a technical consultant for visit/briefing schedules, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and our solution offerings - Participate in preparatory calls to gather insights and identify customer challenges - Transform client needs into customized technical solutions and demo pathways that illustrate value - Oversee the execution of briefings by collaborating with colleagues to deploy products, demonstrations, and experiences that prioritize customer needs and agreed success metrics - Conduct technical tours and lead in-depth product presentations during client visits - Address advanced technical topics and client challenges, collaborating with specialized technical experts to support various solution frameworks - Ensure the technical content reflects current industry trends and customer-specific requirements for enhanced relevance and trust - Keep content and communication current by staying informed about new products and technologies, enabling confident and credible presentations - Manage the technical components by advising the Demo & Tech Lead on creating demos aligned with customer priorities
