Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take initiative and manage assigned Solar projects independently through the early stages in preparation for handover
- Utilize technical, commercial, and financial expertise to guide the team towards achieving overall project, business unit, and corporate objectives
- Analyze technical and financial data to identify significant variables, indicators, and trends; proactively assess broader market impacts on your project portfolio
- Oversee daily management of all assigned Solar projects, ensuring technical feasibility, adherence to schedules, commercial viability, and financial soundness
- Provide support in development and permitting processes; collaborate with subject matter experts, facilitate engineering solutions, and engage in problem-solving
- Manage and maintain the capital budget for each Solar project, addressing variances across your project portfolio
- Engage with various software tools to manage critical data, deliverables, and performance indicators
- Assist the wider Early-Stage team with process development, tool utilization, and training initiatives
- Foster communication and relationships with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other stakeholders
