Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficient in full stack web development, capable of building complete data-driven products
- Extensive MVC (model-view-controller) development experience with Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React
- Productive use of Git in a team setting
- Experience with Docker
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Ability to engage with business or technical subject matter experts to understand and propose technical solutions
- Adaptability to new technologies
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) or commitment to comprehensive test coverage using contemporary methodologies
- Empathetic towards consumers, team members, business stakeholders, and other parties

Responsibilities
- Grasp and analyze business requirements and objectives
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with plans
- Engage in every phase of the development life cycle: initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support
- Take initiative in leading areas such as product development, design patterns, test coverage, or specific lines of business
