Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of platforms, environments, and standardized processes
- Proficiency in configuring, monitoring, and acting on Data Dog observables
- Capability to analyze and interpret logging data from diverse sources for troubleshooting
- Skills in automation using PowerShell and Python, along with an understanding of process enhancement
- Basic understanding of database query languages
- Fundamental knowledge of networking and infrastructure
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and SaaS products, including vendor solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and teams
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience managing applications hosted on AWS, with a focus on services like EC2, Systems Manager, S3, and CloudWatch; familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance environments and vendor platforms
- Diagnose issues, implement fixes, create knowledge base articles, and collaborate with the production support desk
- Engage with various business partners and external vendors
- Navigate a complex organization while working with diverse teams to achieve goals
- Manage change and incident processes as well as tools
- Create and maintain Jenkins Core pipelines
