Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years in a lead developer role with a relevant 4-year degree, or over 9 years of equivalent hands-on experience
- Extensive knowledge of React, .NET, C#, SQL, and associated front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Bootstrap, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server
- Demonstrated capability in designing, coding, testing, and supporting financial applications or web systems
- Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various functions
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the design, development, and integration of key internal and external applications
- Offering Tier III technical support and mentoring mid-level developers
- Engaging in technical planning, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved
