Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Over 7 years of experience in application development and implementation
- More than 7 years of proficiency in API development, Java, and Spring Boot
- Exceptional debugging abilities
- Solid understanding of third-party dependency management and issues related to transitive dependencies
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Experience in managing implementation and release activities
- Good grasp of unit/system and functional testing methodologies
- Background in large transaction-based systems
- Experience in crafting technical designs
- Proficient in documenting technical functionalities
- Strong communication skills along with effective leadership capabilities
- Ability and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams
- Strong commitment to adhering to coding standards and best practices during build processes
- Capacity to perform with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and alter complex and significant computer programs
- Engage in application architecture activities including task estimation and timetable definition
- Propose solutions that enhance business processes focusing on core architecture and technology strategies
- Optimize and integrate development and testing tools and software as necessary
- Suggest enhancements to unit testing and quality assurance processes based on the organizations requirements
- Collaborate intensively with teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and testing phases
- Create both basic and detailed program specifications, ensuring optimal application performance by managing interfaces, service levels, and configurations
- Exhibit strong understanding of the business objectives that inform the projects
