Snowflake developer

- Over 8 years of demonstrated experience in database design and development with Oracle/PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Aerospike) - At least 6 years of experience in programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python - Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica or Snaplogic - Over 4 years of hands-on experience using AWS services including S3, EMR, EC2, Lambda, Athena, and CFT - At least 3 years of strong expertise in Snowflake - More than 3 years of experience in Python and Java application development utilizing Spring Boot - At least 3 years of experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS) - Proficient in Data Visualization tools, such as Tableau/Qlik/Power BI - Strong foundation in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and Python - Experience in designing and implementing business rules with the Drools Rules Engine is a plus - Thorough understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory for deploying applications in a DevOps setting - In-depth knowledge of API design, versioning, and documentation (Swagger) - Familiarity with developing highly scalable distributed systems using open-source technologies - Solid knowledge of E2E ALM tools including JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy - Comfortable using Code Quality and Coverage tools (Sonar) - Strong grasp of public/private cloud capabilities, including compute, storage, and scaling - Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt within a rapid-paced environment - Creative problem-solving skills to design comprehensive end-to-end solutions - Eagerness to learn new technologies and business areas with enthusiasm - Significant experience in supporting critical applications promptly - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong collaborative abilities for working with various teams within the organization
