Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of professional experience
- Solid background in a technical, IT-focused position
- Proficiency in programming and coding languages such as Python, Golang, Java, .NET, and Node.js; understanding of data processing and configuration design
- Expertise in IT infrastructure and monitoring management systems
- Familiarity with tools like ELK and Grafana is preferred
Responsibilities
- Utilize software engineering practices to enhance IT operations tasks, ensuring a scalable and dependable production environment for software services
- Create a connection between development and operations by applying a software engineering approach to system administration
