Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree is a must; Masters degree is a plus - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure role - Robust experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management - Practical knowledge of Java, Terraform, and Terragrunt for infrastructure-as-code - Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions/Workflows and ArgoCD - Strong understanding of observability tools such as Grafana (experience with Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo is advantageous) - Competent with Kubernetes (preferably AKS), Databricks, and container orchestration techniques

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and oversee cloud infrastructure on Azure utilizing Terraform and Terragrunt - Maintain and enhance Kubernetes clusters within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) - Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Workflows and ArgoCD for GitOps deployments - Improve system reliability by deploying monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions with Grafana - Automate operational processes to minimize toil and elevate team productivity - Engage in on-call shifts, incident management, and post-incident evaluations - Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance, scalability, and resilience - Advocate for and apply SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets - Continuously enhance system performance, cost-effectiveness, and security
