Requirements
Must:

- Preferred experience includes familiarity with the ServiceTitan ecosystem, particularly with certified partners
- Exposure to large-scale operations with diverse stakeholder involvement
- Knowledge of recent updates and enhancements to the ServiceTitan platform
- Experience in supporting or implementing operational or field service technology platforms
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert and owner of the ServiceTitan platform
- Advocate for operational excellence and uniform usage of ServiceTitan throughout the organization
- Enhance workflows, processes, and data integrity within ServiceTitan
- Collaborate with executive leadership and teams to grasp business requirements and convert them into platform solutions
- Work closely with field technicians and operations staff to foster adoption and efficient use of the platform
- Lead and facilitate training initiatives on ServiceTitans features and functionalities
- Serve as the communicator between internal teams and external ServiceTitan partners as required
- Stay updated on ServiceTitans product enhancements and ecosystem developments
- Assist in the introduction and practical application of new ServiceTitan capabilities, including AI-driven features
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives related to operational systems and technology

This fully remote position may involve occasional onsite travel, approximately once per quarter, for collaboration.
