Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow CMDB
- Background in supporting established CMDB environments
- Capability to collaborate across diverse technical teams and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of CMDB concepts and relationships
- Knowledge of health metrics and governance standards
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the ServiceNow CMDB
- Create, update, and enhance CMDB health dashboards
- Develop and optimize reconciliation logic
- Assist in the migration of a significant platform into ServiceNow
- Implement and leverage new features and functionalities of ServiceNow CMDB
- Identify and resolve gaps in CI completeness
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to governance standards
- Act as the CMDB subject matter expert for the team
- Monitor health metrics and KPIs
- Drive ongoing improvements in data quality
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Asset Management, and Software Development teams to ensure alignment
