Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert, with in-depth knowledge of SAM Pro and ITOM Visibility
- Strong background in CMDB governance, discovery, and data quality management
- Proven capability to define and implement enterprise governance and operating frameworks
- Experience in large, intricate, multi-team settings
- Excellent facilitation skills for executive and working-level stakeholders
- Proficient in documenting complex processes, metrics, and operational structures
- Willingness to work onsite in Orlando, FL two days a week
Responsibilities
- Lead governance planning and establishment for SAM Pro and ITOM Visibility, facilitating executive steering and operating committee meetings
- Define governance frameworks, decision-making rights, escalation pathways, RACIs, and product ownership models
- Evaluate and enhance CMDB health, establish governance for CMDB, and synchronize discovery dependencies with ITOM Visibility
- Define and outline comprehensive SAM processes, including entitlement intake, publisher coordination, and asset lifecycle management
- Create a sustainable operating model for SAM and ITOM Visibility, detailing roles, policies, procedures, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Establish success metrics focusing on data quality, compliance, cost optimization, and discovery coverage
- Assist in organizational change management, including workflow redesign, communication, training, and cross-team workshops
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to foster alignment and adoption
