Requirements
Must:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CMDB
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in enterprise settings
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge
- Extensive expertise in CMDB development, including CI relationships, normalization, and data quality management
- Demonstrated ability in building and overseeing ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- High-level skill in ServiceNow scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior developers within a project team
- Strong collaborative and communicative skills for interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and development of intricate ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CMDB, and integrations
- Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and architectural guidelines
- Configure and generate advanced workflows, business rules, scripts, and user interface components
- Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, and data imports
- Establish and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, governance rules, and automation strategies
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable technical specifications
- Provide technical direction and support to junior and mid-level developers, including conducting code reviews and offering mentorship
- Assist in testing, deployment, defect resolution, and release processes across various environments
- Ensure thorough documentation of technical designs, configurations, and integration processes
- Proactively identify risks, performance challenges, and potential areas for improvement
