Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, administration, and maintenance
- Extensive experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Event Management, CMDB, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Orchestration
- Proven success in designing UI appearances for Service Catalog requests and managing catalog workflows, including approvals
- Strong background in project scoping, process organization, and managing business and IT requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and processes, including Incident, Request, Change, Service Level, Knowledge, and CMDB
- Strong documentation skills to support knowledge sharing, repeatability, and cross-team collaboration
- Self-motivated, energetic team player with the ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion
- Capability to write, manage, and maintain custom scripts, tables, and forms, including version control and source management
- Ability to execute development work based on functional and technical requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Order Guides, and UI Pages
- Implement and support CSM modules, including case, incident, problem, and knowledge management
- Design, manage, and analyze CMDB configuration items and integrations
- Develop scripts utilizing JavaScript (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, SLAs, Import Sets)
- Utilize ServiceNow Discovery to create reports and email notifications
- Design and develop custom and scoped applications using out-of-the-box functionality
- Support LDAP and third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Enhance Service Portal and fulfiller functionality for service desk users
- Configure Performance Analytics, dashboards, metrics, roles, and groups
- Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Maintain data quality across users, locations, configuration items, and catalog data
- Participate in the full SDLC and align solutions with ITIL best practices
- Perform daily administration across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and GRC modules
- Support GRC applications and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) initiatives
