ServiceNow Developer

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, administration, and maintenance - Extensive experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Event Management, CMDB, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Orchestration - Proven success in designing UI appearances for Service Catalog requests and managing catalog workflows, including approvals - Strong background in project scoping, process organization, and managing business and IT requirements - Demonstrated expertise in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and processes, including Incident, Request, Change, Service Level, Knowledge, and CMDB - Strong documentation skills to support knowledge sharing, repeatability, and cross-team collaboration - Self-motivated, energetic team player with the ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion - Capability to write, manage, and maintain custom scripts, tables, and forms, including version control and source management - Ability to execute development work based on functional and technical requirements - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
