Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in CMDB, ITOM Visibility, and Discovery
- Practical experience with Service Mapping, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and asset lifecycle management
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for configuration management
- Proven ability to create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and automation scripts
- Competence in reporting and analytics tools, particularly ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data governance abilities
- Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with IT operations and business teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring that Configuration Item (CI) data and relationships are accurate
- Implement CMDB governance, ITIL-aligned processes, and data quality standards
- Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for automated CI population
- Manage the lifecycle processes for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Supervise the certificate lifecycle management process, which includes renewals, alerts, and compliance tracking
- Develop integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and automate workflows for updates to CIs
- Create reports with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Power BI to derive insights
