Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with HRSD implementation
- Mastery of ServiceNow core architecture
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and its extensibility
- Proficiency in workflow and automation architecture
- Practical experience with Now Assist for HRSD delivery
- Ability to architect Co-pilot-integrated agentic AI patterns with ServiceNow
- Skills in enterprise data modeling
- Expertise in integration architecture
- Experience with Workday-to-ServiceNow integrations (or similar HRIS)
Responsibilities
- Develop AI strategies and roadmaps in alignment with enterprise and ServiceNow platform objectives; identify valuable AI use cases in IT and HR
- Design comprehensive AI-enabled workflows utilizing ServiceNow AI features; architect integrations with enterprise data sources and external AI systems
- Create and govern AI agents, virtual agents, and generative AI experiences; establish strategies for prompts, grounding approaches, and model orchestration
- Set up AI governance, security, and compliance standards; ensure responsible AI practices concerning privacy, bias mitigation, and explainability
- Utilize Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, machine learning models, and automation to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and platform teams; translate AI capabilities into tangible business results
- Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and value realization initiatives
