Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner or Administrator
- Over 3 years of expertise in ServiceNow, including configuration and administration in ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules; familiarity with additional modules such as ITOM, CSM, and SecOps is highly advantageous
- Experience in a managed services delivery setting with a solid grasp of service delivery SLAs and KPIs, alongside ITIL service management practices (ITIL certification preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage service delivery, with experience in coordinating with remote and offshore team members
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of ServiceNow-based managed services for a primary client
- Oversee the operations and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform across key modules including IT Service Management and HR Service Delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications, based in Charlotte, NC
- Collaborate closely with the Global Delivery Services team in India to facilitate continuous support for the client
- Drive operational excellence and foster continuous improvement while ensuring high client satisfaction
