Senior Workforce Systems Analyst

- Configure and oversee UKG Pro modules, such as Timekeeping and Workforce Management, along with workflows and security settings - Manage configurations, user roles, and access permissions - Test, implement, and assist with system updates and enhancements - Handle integrations between UKG Pro and both internal and external platforms - Supervise automated data streams, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity - Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and maintain APIs and data feeds - Act as the primary contact for system-related inquiries and enhancement requests - Diagnose functional and technical issues and coordinate vendor solutions - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements - Maintain thorough system documentation, including configuration notes and operating procedures - Collaborate with HR, Operations, Payroll, IT, and other departments to align business needs with system solutions - Provide support to end users through training and documentation - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools or Data Hub - Offer actionable workforce data insights to business and leadership teams - Perform additional tasks as required
