Requirements
Must:

- 6+ years of experience with SEO, AP Style, and Style Guides
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with design teams and subject matter experts to enhance user experiences
- Exceptional skills in creating clear, concise, and engaging content for digital platforms
- Strong expertise in aligning messaging with business objectives and accessibility standards
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Highly organized and agile, exhibiting a strong sense of ownership
Hands-on experience with:
- Figma
- SEMRush
- Microsoft Word
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and implement high-quality UX content for websites, applications, and quote processes on our platform
- Design user-centered digital content experiences that comply with regulations and align with organizational objectives
- Use human-centered design, user testing insights, and best content practices to guide content choices
- Ensure content meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards, SEO requirements, and stylistic conventions
- Conduct advanced editorial reviews for clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, and usability under tight deadlines
- Simplify complex business requirements into clear, actionable content for users
- Collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, subject matter experts, and business partners
- Contribute to a cohesive omnichannel content strategy across various digital touchpoints
- Adapt to feedback while utilizing strong independent judgment
- Deliver exceptional quality work in a rapid-paced setting, often within 1-3 days depending on complexity
