Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years in UX / Product Design
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and UI implementation
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Experience with design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams
Responsibilities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and journey maps
- Create detailed high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Construct interactive, clickable prototypes
- Provide dev-ready design specifications and annotations
- Help develop and maintain components of the design system
- Create A/B test variations to enhance experimentation
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and assist external partners as required
- Utilize user feedback and analytics to refine and enhance designs
